is proud to announce its 2015 Calendar
JRR Tolkien newsletter "Beyond Bree" is producing a new Calendar for 2015! This Calendar will be a very special one because it marks the 30th year since the publication of the first "Beyond Bree" Calendar. The theme is "Mortal heroes and heroines of Middle-earth" and we're celebrating the anniversary with extra art!
Beyond Bree is happy to feature the Mortal heroes and heroines of Tolkien's Middle-earth for 2015. Travel through the First, Second, and Third Ages of Middle-earth with the beloved characters of JRR Tolkien's works.
The Beyond Bree 2015 Calendar will feature a truly international range of artists for this occasion, including:
Paula DiSante, Anke Eissmann, Tomás Hijo, Octo Kwan, Ruth Lacon, Jef Murray, Ted Nasmith, Gordon Palmer, Colin Williams, plus more!
The colour and black & white calendar will have both Middle-earth dates and real world holidays. It will be 11 x 8 1/2 inches, opening to 11 x 17 inches.

Beyond Bree is the newsletter of the Tolkien Special Interest Group of American Mensa (Mensa is a high-IQ society). Subscriptions are open to all lovers of Tolkien's Middle-earth, Mensan and non-Mensan alike. "Beyond Bree" is published once a month, in both paper and electronic format.
A typical issue of "Beyond Bree" is 12 pages long, contains short articles on JRR Tolkien and his works; reviews of books, games, films, events by, about, or inspired by JRR Tolkien and his works, and general fantasy which might be of interest to the Tolkien fan. Also readers' views; fan publications, news, art, occasional poetry & puzzles. We seldom publish fiction.
Since we are too widely scattered to meet in person, "Beyond Bree" carries news of conventions and gatherings where the Tolkien fan might find others of similar interests. And, if readers have questions about Tolkien or his works, we try to answer them.
You can learn more about us at our website at http://www.cep.unt.edu/bree.html

I have to be honost that I receive many Tolkien bulletins, but there is only one that I read every-time and that when it arrives makes my endless flow of work come to a sudden stop until I have finished it. So for those who do not receive Beyond Bree yet, there is only one thing I can say... get a subscription to it! You will not regret it! Don't forget to pick up the lovely calendar as well!
