| This Limited Numbered Edition was published in 1987 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the original publication of The Hobbit. Bound in dark green leather, and housed in a reproduction of the original publishers slipcase. This copy is numbered #180 of 500, and contains the special forword by Christopher Tolkien. This copy is in mint condition, opened only to inspect. A few spots of foxing to the Limitation Notice, no other marks whatsoever. Mint unread condition, a must for the serious collector.
